AI Generated Website Audit Framework

This is a work in progress in building a reusable internal tool that allows teams during discovery or even a pitch to evaluate a website’s performance.

This is a conversation starter that helps account owners, designers and strategists understand opportunities for improvement and prioritize future work with clients.

The output highlights the focus of my work around AI. I think there is an abundance of low hanging fruit around UX teams improving the output and interactivity of deliverables. Tools like Claude Code are handing us the opportunity to improve the experience of people who are reviewing UX deliverables.

It’s always difficult to show a Powerpoint deck to a client (or internal stakeholder) of your sitemap or wireframes. There are always prerequisite conversations around why its presented in such an archaic way. I believe we have an opportunity to more consistency win buy-in on our design concepts and in turn push user-centered forward.

I’m currently working on integrated more accessibility data into the audits as well as establishing a more streamlined workflow.
